Zoning Battles Aided by JLF

After years of feuding over the possible zoning of Vance County, CLI Director, Chad Adams was asked to speak on the issue to concerned residents.  The presentation, picked up by the Henderson Dispatch,
helped clear-up some misconceptions on zoning.  Also, thanks to
the work of Adams, an issue of public information was resolved with the
release of public zoning plans that had been held by the county.
