The piece includes his background and many accomplishments. Leef – always on the lookout for opportunities to promote liberty and freedom – responded this way to a question about Duke’s newest well-known professor, Erwin Chemerinsky. “Professor Chemerinsky strikes me as a typical modern liberal who believes that the power of government can often do good things to improve the country. I’m a libertarian who believes that Jefferson was right – the best government is that which governs least.”
