Under this heading, many might add e-spam. It’s annoying, only slightly humorous, and otherwise unneeded.  But wait, maybe that’s only because no one has studied it enough.  I mean, really studied it.  Maybe there’s room for e-spam specialists in higher education? Jon Sanders tackles the question in his latest Townhall.com article. Another possible top-ten, after e-spam, of course, is the public funding of golf.  The revenue-draining and tax-subsidizing venture costs towns like Lexington big bucks.  Michael Sanera knows all about it.
