JLF perspective was on display across the state this week as staffers discussed a range of issues. On Wednesday, Don Carrington was a guest on WTKF’s “Lockwood Phillips Show,” serving coastal Carolina. He explained the dispute between Governor Easley and Sen. Marc Basnight over land adjacent to the Currituck County Airport and gave an update on Basnight’s testimony to the federal grand jury in the Frank Ballance case. On Thursday, it was Chad Adams’ turn. He interacted with Asheville-area fans of the “Matt Mittan Show” on WWNC-AM. Adams has generated so many calls during his past appearances that Mittan asked him to stay for the entire four-hour show. On Saturday, Donna Martinez joined WNCU’s Kerra Bolton for “North Carolina Capital Review” to discuss national and state politics for 2005.
