Takes On Testing

The worse-than-anticipated drop in passing rates for students taking End-of-Grade math tests didn’t surprise Terry Stoops and Lindalyn Kakadelis. Terry explained New Hanover County’s woes in the Wilmington Star-News.  Lindalyn did an interview with State Government radio with Donna Martinez. During the show, Lindalyn recommended that North Carolina’s testing program be contracted with a credible national achievement test.
