School testing story

The recent release of North Carolina public schools’ ABC test scores generated more opportunities for John Locke Foundation Education Policy Analyst Terry Stoops to critique the ABC testing program. Stoops discussed Wake County test results with the News & Observer. He also discussed testing issues in interviews with State Government Radio and with Chuck Campbell’s cable-access television show, “Take A Stand.” The latter interview also included Stoops’ assessment of education plans put forward by President-elect Barack Obama and Gov.-elect Bev Perdue.
