President’s Message, Opinions And Effects

posted on

President Bush’s State of the Union Address brought commentary by JLF. Senior Fellow, Marc Rotterman appeared on WPTF’s Bill LuMaye Show, while Carolina Journal‘s Paul Chesser in the Washington Times commented that Bush failed to focus on border security, where he may be losing a hold on his base. Some, including JLF‘s John Hood, interviewed by the Charlotte Observer,
left others to dissect the President’s words, choosing instead to focus
on the upcoming 2006 elections, and what effects the address may have
on candidates and voters.
