Jane Shaw complemented her radio appearance with the publication of an op ed column in the Charlotte Observer. She discussed North Carolina’s response to illegal immigrants seeking slots in the state’s publicly funded institutions of higher education. Meanwhile, Pope Center Vice President for Research George Leef discussed both immigration and unions in separate book reviews for the Cato Institute’s Regulation magazine.
