State Treasurer Richard Moore is attracting media attention as he campaigns for the Democratic gubernatorial nomination. His latest state debt affordability report drew a response from JLF Fiscal Policy Analyst Joseph Coletti, who discussed Moore’s report with Matt Willoughby for the statewide radio North Carolina News Network. Meanwhile, Daren Bakst offered commentary on Moore’s energy proposals to the Charlotte Observer.
