Following the refusal to publish a minority report as an addendum to a recently released Wake County Citizens’ Facilities Advisory Committee final report on school construction, education policy analyst and Advisory Committee member, Terry Stoops, released it anyway.  The News&Observer covered Terry‘s disdain.  If you want to read what Terry had to say, you’ll have to check out the JLF website.  Reporters were numb to the wisdom therein.
