JLF’s Looking Out For The Little Guying

Carolina Journal‘s Paul Chesser has earned the good steward award for the week.  Writing for the American Spectator,
Paul exposes the hypocritical nature of newspapers.  Never
hesitant to cover a scandalous story where big business fails to take
care of its employees, newspapers themselves are guilty of doing the same,
placing their deliverymen in harms way.  Early in the morning,
coffee in hand, fog lifting as fast as the sleepy-gaze leaves the eyes,
deliverymen are trained to drive on the wrong side of the road to
deliver papers. And for that risk they’re listed as contracted drivers
with the company in order to avoid insurance costs.
