John Locke Foundation Vice President for Outreach Becki Gray spoke to College Republicans at N.C. State University this week, and she participated in a health care summit at High Point University sponsored by that school’s College Republicans and the local GOP. The Charlotte Observer promoted Gray’s upcoming speech to the Mecklenburg Evening Republican Women’s Club.

Gray will discuss North Carolina’s new election law at noon today on WUNC Radio’s “The State of Things.” Gray continues twice-weekly public policy updates for WTSB Radio.

Mitch Kokai discussed the week’s top state government news with Curtis Wright on WMYT Radio. The Daily Tar Heel interviewed Kokai about Gov. Pat McCrory’s decision not to call a special legislative session to address Medicaid funding.

A Winston-Salem Journal letter writer cited John Hood’s recent column about “preening” liberals.
