Along with his discussion of the Perdue scandal, No. 1 nationally syndicated talk radio host Rush Limbaugh also promoted this week Roy Cordato, John Locke Foundation Vice President for Research and Resident Scholar. Limbaugh quoted from Cordato’s blog entry about presidential contender Newt Gingrich’s decision to work with a global warming alarmist on a book chapter. Menwhile, John Hood offered year-end political analysis for News 14 Carolina’s “Political Connections.” Hood also started what will be more than a week’s worth of work filling in for Bill LuMaye as WPTF Radio’s afternoon host. Vice President for Outreach Becki Gray joins Hood this weekend as a guest panelist on the statewide N.C. Spin political analysis television program. Gray also joined Rick and Donna Martinez on WPTF this week for a discussion of holiday dining and entertainment. She previewed state government news Monday for WTSB Radio listeners, and she’ll be back on the WTSB airwaves this afternoon to recap the week’s top stories.
