WB 22 in the Triangle turned to Roy Cordato last Friday for an interview about taxation in North Carolina. He discussed tax history, the effect on business, and North Carolina’s rates compared to other states. That follows the continuing use by local papers of the By The Numbers report, which details the cost of government in our cities and counties. Added to the growing list of the report’s consumers in the media were papers in Laurinburg, Whiteville, King, Brevard, Thomasville and Burlington.
