Hood’s analysis promoted

John Locke Foundation President John Hood continues to offer suggestions to Gov. Beverly Perdue and the new Republican-led General Assembly as they prepare for the new year. The Fayetteville Observer‘s  “Inside Politics” column and DailyMe.com recently noted Hood’s recommendations on election redistricting and the need for thousands of state job cuts. The Carolina Politics Online website also promoted Hood’s commentary on redistricting.
