Voters will choose North Carolina’s next governor in a month. As the candidates compete for votes, experts with ties to the John Locke Foundation are offering their input on important issues the next governor will address. Transportation expert David Hartgen, a JLF adjunct scholar, contributed his thoughts to a News & Observer article on the Board of Transportation and roads policy. N.C. Education Alliance President Lindalyn Kakadelis recently joined Lockwood Phillips on WTKF’s “Viewpoints Radio” program to discuss the debate about school vouchers, as well as the distinction between vouchers and education tax credits.
