GOP takes note of JLF

N.C. Senate Republicans highlighted Carolina Journal Online features in three separate blast e-mails this week. The Republicans noted John Hood’s Daily Journal columns on the 2010 election cycle and the importance of rooting out government corruption. The e-mail blasts also took note of CJ exclusives on a Kinston election controversy, possible revision of the state rules governing contracts, and the scandal that led to the ouster of a deputy state treasurer. The Raleigh Telegram also referenced the role CJ contributor Sarah Okeson played in exposing the details of that story.
