When the North Carolina News Network decided to dig into a new report on climate change by the NC Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the reporter turned to Roy Cordato for comment. Cordato pointed out there are serious scientific questions about whether or not global warming is real. What’s more, if North Carolina accepted the premise that it is, and that the state should do something, the implementation of Kyoto Treaty-like rules would result in an economic loss of $7,249 per year, per household.
