Scratching below the surface level for the pages of Carolina Journal, Paul has exposed intricate links between left-leaning environmentalist advocacy groups and the self-styled objective consultants hired to conduct North Carolina’s studies of global warming. The work has led Paul to other states dealing with the same issues. World magazine notes his efforts in its own story on “stealth” climate change initiatives.
