This weekend Don Carrington goes head-to-head with Dan Gerlach of Gov. Easley’s office over the $240 million corporate welfare package doled out to Dell Computers last month. The “At Issue” segment airs Sunday at 11a.m. on NBC 17 in the Triangle. Incentives also get airtime on this weekend’s “NC Spin” as Donna Martinez joins John Hood and the panel for a look at the Top 10 Stories of 2004.
