Cooling the climate change debate

The John Locke Foundation and Climate Strategies Watch have been detailing the shenanigans involved with efforts to bolster new climate-change policies. The Charlotte Observer recently picked up an op-ed from CSW’s Mark Newgent. It details flaws in the process used to set global-warming policies for North Carolina. Meanwhile, CSW Director Paul Chesser wrote recently for the American Spectator about similar dubious activity in Colorado. That work earned Chesser accolades from National Review Online’s influential blog, “The Corner.”
