  1. PROTECT property rights by ensuring that government cannot abuse its eminent domain power, both in statute and with a constitutional amendment.
  2. FULLY COMPENSATE Map Act victims and ensure that the law is changed to balance DOT’s long-term highway planning decisions with protection of personal property rights.
