Carolina Journal Executive Editor Don Carrington spends much of his time exposing scandals in state government. That’s why WRAL Television turned to Carrington Wednesday to discuss the governor’s decision to scrap the purchase of a new state jet. In other CJ-related news, the Mint Hill Times cited the publication in discussing a controversy surrounding the Charlotte-Mecklenburg schools’ free and reduced-price lunch program.
