The Beaufort Observer took note this week of Carolina Journal Executive Editor Don Carrington‘s latest cover story on the continuing problems associated with the six-year-old Randy Parton Theatre debacle in Roanoke Rapids. The Mooresville Tribune published Managing Editor Rick Henderson‘s recent column describing President Obama as the second-guesser in chief. The Lincoln Tribune and N.C. Senate Republicans picked up Associate Editor Sara Burrows‘ report on competition between WakeMed and Rex Healthcare over heart patients and heart doctors.
