As the General Assembly’s joint House-Senate annexation study commission discussed possible reforms this week, John Locke Foundation Legal and Regulatory Policy Analyst Daren Bakst offered the group a “blueprint” for reform. The StopNCAnnexation Web site picked up that report, and WPTF Radio featured Bakst’s comments on its newscasts. JLF communications director Mitch Kokai also discussed the blueprint during an appearance on Curtis Wright’s morning program for Wilmington’s WLTT, “The Big Talker.”
