Analyst, Intern Urge Asheville to Sell

JLF’s research director and local-government analyst, Michael Sanera, and research intern Travis Fisher, recently released a report, “Solving Asheville’s Civic Center Dilemma: Making Lemonade Out of a Lemon,”
advising policymakers to sell the center.  In light of failed or
failing civic centers nation-wide, Sanera and Fisher see
selling the center as the responsible action for the city to take.
