Some numbers put the Wake County school bond in peril. If the poll turns out to be prescient, Terry Stoops might have to hire a secretary. His recent Policy Report on school-construction funding, which cites numerous examples of waste while offering options for saving, may become the County’s best way to recoup it’s losses. While Terry handles the numbers on debt financing, Lindalyn Kakdelis is focusing on a different kind of bond in Asheville.  Her Weekly Journal scored a regular slot twice a month in the Asheville Tribune.
