This week, The Daily News in Jacksonville interviewed
Lindalyn Kakadelis for a story about compensation packages for
educators. She discussed systemic problems with the salary system
and the need to convert to a merit system, as well as the issue with
school administrators who retire but then “double dip” by returning to do the same or similar jobs.
