Biography

Wendell Cox is principal of Wendell Cox Consultancy, a transport and demographics firm in metropolitan St. Louis. He also serves as visiting professor at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers in Paris (a French national university). He was a three-term member of the Los Angeles County Transportation Commission and a member of the Amtrak Reform Council
