Biography

Daniel Gibson joined Stam Law Firm, PLLC in October of 2018. Gibson practices in the areas of general civil litigation, business formation and transactions, North Carolina Constitutional law, and appeals. He has argued two cases in front of the North Carolina Court of Appeals and represented dozens of clients in civil superior court.

Gibson was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2015.

Mr. Gibson has worked in district attorneys offices, law firms small and large, and judicial chambers. Mr. Gibson interned with Justice Paul Newby of the North Carolina Supreme Court, District Attorney Phil Berger, Jr. of Rockingham County, and several law firms in Winston-Salem while attending Wake Forest University School of Law.

Since graduating from law school, Mr. Gibson has received the Allen A. Bailey award from the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and been admitted to the E.A. Morris Fellowship for Emerging Leaders.
