Cindy Kirkley

Office Manager

Biography

Cindy joined the John Locke Foundation staff in 2015. She keeps the office running smoothly and is thrilled to be part of the dynamic, intelligent people who make up JLF.

The JLF principles of freedom and small government are the same principles that have guided her throughout her career. As a small business owner for over 2 decades, she knows first hand the challenges that business owners face in today’s market. That business is still thriving today.

Born in Oyster Bay, New York, (Bless her heart!) and schooled in northern Virginia, she moved to Raleigh in 1989 with her husband and children.

When not working, Cindy enjoys reading about history, politics and religion – all topics that get her in trouble!
