Brenée is the Marketing and Communications Associate at the John Locke Foundation. She works with the Vice President of Marketing and Communications to develop and execute strategic social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, and track media developments.
Before joining the John Locke Foundation, she worked as a fellow at the D.C. based nonprofit Institute for Justice.
Brenée graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science. She authored her honors thesis on the politics of Medicaid expansion. While in school, Brenée was a legal research intern, a human resources assistant at UNC School of Law, and an America Counts mathematics tutor.
In her free time, Brenée enjoys practicing yoga, watching classic films, and spending time with her family in Charlotte, NC.
