Executive Vice President
A native of North Carolina, Bill is the Executive Vice President for the John Locke Foundation.
Bill spent the past ten years in the nonprofit sector helping organizations grow and expand their reach through thoughtful, data-driven strategies. Throughout these various leadership roles, Bill has successfully and innovatively transformed organizations to become more effective structurally, financially, and digitally. As Executive Vice President, he oversees the organization’s operations, technology, finance, and human resources.
Prior to working in the nonprofit sector, Bill spent 10 years as a systems and database engineer. He resides in Raleigh with his wife and two children, and enjoys watching NC State athletics.
