Professor Greg Wallace will provide a post-election review of the future of the Supreme Court. He will discuss the effect of Justice Antonin Scalia’s passing, the vacancy that exists and when or whether the seat may be filled, significant cases on the docket for the current term, and the effect of November’s election on the Court’s role in the years ahead.
