In this presentation, Treasurer Dale Folwell will discuss the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer and promises made that touch one out of every 10 adults North Carolinians: promises made to state employees, teachers, law enforcement, firefighters, and many others regarding their state pension and healthcare plans.
