In this presentation, State Treasurer Dale Folwell will assess aspects of the state’s fiscal health in the context of promises made to state employees – teachers, law enforcement, firefighters and many others. He will look closely at issues regarding their state pension and healthcare plans, which touch 1 in every 10 adult North Carolinians.
