North Carolina Supreme Court Justices Paul Newby and Sam Ervin have assumed primary responsibility for the implementation of the civics education component of Chief Justice Martin’s Administration of Justice plan. In this presentation, they will discuss the importance of civics education and the steps that are being taken to facilitate greater civics education opportunities for North Carolina citizens.
