North Carolina: A Model For Tax Reform

North Carolina has skyrocketed to among the best states in the nation for both individual and business taxpayers. That’s according to the latest rankings by the Tax Foundation, a nationally renowned public policy think tank. In this presentation, the Tax Foundation’s Joe Henchman will delve into North Carolina’s dramatic rise in the rankings since the state began enacting sweeping tax reforms and explain why our state is now a model for others. Joe will also discuss the concept of “tax freedom day,” and the fundamental principles of tax reform.
