myFutureNC: Localizing the Goal

  February 24, 2020, 12:00 PM-1:00 PM

John Locke Foundation, 4800 Six Forks Rd, Suite 221, Raleigh, North Carolina 27609

As our economy grows, the vast majority of new jobs require education beyond a high school diploma, but fewer than half of North Carolinians ages 25 to 44 have a high-quality postsecondary degree or credential. Jeni Corn and Peter Hans will speak at the John Locke Foundation about their nonprofit, myFutureNC, and how focusing on increasing North Carolinians’ degrees and credentials will help meet the demand required for the changing needs of businesses today and in the future. The speakers will explain their mission to engage the public. Learn more at https://www.myfuturenc.org/
