North Carolina’s aging water infrastructure is crumbling. Due to outdated policies, modernization of water infrastructure is costing more than it should. In this presentation, Michael Power will explain his view that North Carolinians will be impacted by inefficient use of taxpayer dollars, higher water utility rates, and potential interruptions of service.
