With stark polarization, a bitterly divided electorate, and tension within the major political parties, Nov. 8 is shaping up as a consequential and memorable evening. In this presentation, Joe Stewart will assess the political landscape in our country and in battleground North Carolina, with an eye toward the potential outcomes and implications for federal, state, and legislative offices.
