Join us for an exciting special event co-hosted with The Federalist Society.

Mark Janus took on the most powerful political forces in the country: the public employee unions. Mark will join us to share details of his experience as the plaintiff in the landmark U.S. Supreme Court case Janus v. AFSCME, and his courageous fight to restore constitutional rights for government workers. Brian Kelsey, senior attorney at the Liberty Justice Center, will join Mark to highlight current and future litigation efforts to compel public sector employers and unions to fully comply with the Janus decision.
