Leadership Forum

posted on

Paul Chesser and Chad Adams attended a leadership forum in Chicago hosted by the Sam Adams Alliance, which brought together leaders from free-market think tanks and grassroots organizations from across the country. The goal of the nonprofit SAA is to help start and grow organizations in each state that include: investigative journalism, blogging, open records, litigation, candidate recruitment and development, and grassroots mobilization. Investigative journalism, which was what Chad and Paul emphasized and gave a presentation about, is nearly non-existent in almost every other state, so we shared some of Carolina Journal‘s success stories and explained how it has positively helped JLF overall and made an impact in the state. It was received very well, with great interest.
